My name is Nick (Zun) Wang, and basketball has been one of the defining aspects of my life since I began playing at three years old and training seriously at around six. I have played point guard my entire life, traveling from city to city and country to country for games, refining my skills, and learning to lead my teammates on the court. I have played for my high school varsity basketball team since freshman year and currently serve as its captain and starting point guard, wearing number 3. Basketball has taught me self-discipline, confidence, and composure. After tearing my ATFL ligament during a game, for example, I turned the setback into motivation by studying ankle injuries and designing a custom-made ankle brace for myself.
